Holiday Itinerary

• Day 1 :     Fly  to  Marrakech  

Join tour in Marrakech. Arrival Day and Welcome Meeting.

Complimentary airport transfers are provided for clients arriving on this day.

• Day 2 :  Marrakech – Imi n Oughlad (1500m) - Tizi Oussem (1720m)

Transfer to Imi Oughlad and Wind your way up past cornfields and woods of juniper and pine to the Tizi N'Tacht pass (2000m/ 1243 ft). Be sure to stop and admire the views back down to Imlil and the Ait Oussaden valley. Descend to the Azzadene Valley, passing red-clay terraced villages to reach the village of Tizi Oussem (1720m) where we stay in a mountain gîte for the night.

• Day 3 :     Tizi Oussem (1720m) - Tamssoult (2300m) - Ighouliden waterfall (2500m) - Tizi Izgarn (3030m)

A full day walking through the villages And the Tamssoult sheepfolds on the northern slope of Mt Toubkal. Then up to enjoy one of the high waterfalls in the Atlas Mountains, before we arrive at our camp for the night, which sits at an impressive 3030m.

• Day 4 :  Tizi Izgarn (3030m) - Aguelzim pass (3550m) - Neltner Refuge (3207m)

Today we cross the Aguelzim pass (3550m) where we can enjoy panoramic views of the Toubkal Massif. We then descend to Toubkal Base Camp.  We camp outside the refuge so we can benefit from the atmosphere and views of surrounding 4000m peaks.

6 hrs walk  /   Meals: B, L, D  /   Camp

• Day 5 :  Ascension of Toubkal (4167 m) - Aroumd (1900m)

A long day walking. Our early start heads steeply up above the refuge zig-zagging across scree and boulders before reaching the summit of Jebel Toubkal (4167m) - North Africa's highest peak. After pausing for panoramic views and a "summit shot, » The descent from the peak takes us back to our camp for lunch then we trek down via Sidi Chamharouch shrine to reach our accommodation in a local Gite at Aroumd.

9 hrs walk  /  Meals: B, L, D  /   Gite (guesthouse)

• Day 6 :  Aroumd  - Imlil - Drive to Marrakech  - Free Afternoon

 Few minutes walk down to Imlil, we then drive back to Marrakesh where on arrival, we have some free time to explore the city’s colorful souks and perhaps take a stroll around its celebrated Djemma El Fna Square. A feast for the senses, the square is a wonderful confusion of noise and color, where you will find the streets alive with storytellers, musicians, jugglers and water-sellers: the perfect place to haggle for some last minute presents, or just sit at a cafe and watch the spectacle unfold before you

Transfer to the Marrakech airport. Flight back home.
